Job summary

Infiniium Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced management accountant with strong accounts and bookkeeping background in residential lettings to join their Canary Wharf team on a 6-month FTC with potential for extension.

You will manage full bookkeeping, client accounting, and management accounts to ensure smooth financial operations, reporting, and internal control. This role requires CPA/CIMA equivalent qualifications and proven lettings experience.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts and bookkeeping experience essential, with AAT or ACCA/CIMA part qualification.
• Residential lettings and property management accounts experience essential.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; good IT literacy including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and Client Management: Oversee financial transactions with vendors and clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, credit control and general ledger entries.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
• Audits: Coordinate and support external audits, address audit queries, and implement audit recommendations.
• Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices. Implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
