Qualifications

• Strong technical background in commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for significant matters with high client exposure.
• Open-minded about the level of appointment (Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner).
• Ability to develop client relationships and contribute to practice growth.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a substantial existing property litigation caseload.
• Manage complex landlord and tenant disputes independently.
• Develop relationships with established clients and act as a senior point of contact.
• Work closely with colleagues across disputes and property teams.
• Contribute to development and growth of the specialist property litigation practice.
• Influence the future direction of the property litigation offering.
