Capsticks Solicitors LLP is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for our Property Litigation team, based in one of our regional offices (Birmingham, Exeter, Leeds or Manchester). Qualifications

• Property litigation experience is essential; public sector and partnership disputes experience is desirable but not vital.

Responsibilities

• Curt action to remove a ‘bed blocker’ for an NHS trust
• Removing squatters from a central London property with an IPO for a charity;
• Curt proceedings and arbitrations involving GP partnership disputes;
• Multi-millin pound dilapidations disputes;
• Strategic advice n MEES and Net Zero obligations across the NHS estate;
• Break ntices to facilitate estate re-organisation;
• Judicial review of a planning decision for development of staff accommodation;
• Advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals;
• 1954 Act security of tenure and lease renewals.
