Capsticks Solicitors LLP seeks a Senior/Principal Associate to lead public procurement and complex commercial disputes within our Corporate and Commercial Litigation Division. The role supports public sector clients across healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing with national coverage from multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in corporate/commercial disputes with focus on procurement and complex disputes.
• Experience handling public sector disputes.
• Understanding of the public sector and its organisations.
• Willingness to lead and manage matters and teams.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients across healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing.
• Lead and/or manage commercial disputes, including procurement disputes and complex contractual disputes.
• Contribute to High Court litigation and all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
• Build relationships with clients, external counsel and experts; drive cross-office collaboration.
