Job summary

Capsticks is recruiting a Senior/Principal Associate to lead public procurement and complex contractual disputes for public sector clients nationwide. You will advise on healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing matters.

Based in any London, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Winchester or Exeter office, the role offers leadership development, exposure to High Court litigation and ADR, and collaboration with contentious and non-contentious teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial litigation.
• Experience in public procurement disputes and complex commercial disputes.
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in managing clients, external counsel and experts.

Responsibilities

• Advise and/or lead public procurement disputes for public sector clients.
• Handle complex contractual disputes and related dispute resolution.
• Manage High Court litigation and ADR processes.
• Collaborate with teams across offices nationwide.
