Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in specialist lending with a strong commercial or sales leadership background.
• Proven success managing multi-channel distribution networks (packagers, brokers, clubs).
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment (FCA, PRA, AML, Consumer Duty).

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the commercial and sales strategy across mortgage, BTL, and bridging portfolios.
• Lead a multi-channel sales team across brokers, distributors, packagers, and introducers.
• Identify and capitalise on new product and market opportunities.
