An investment management firm in the UK is seeking a Director of Residential & Commercial Real Estate Lending. This role involves leading the origination and execution of property loans ranging from £1 million to £30 million across the UK. The successful candidate will possess 8-12+ years of experience in real estate lending with a strong network and proven track record. Qualifications

• 8‑12+ years in real estate lending, structured finance, or private credit investing.
• Demonstrable track record of originating and executing loans in the £1m‑£30m range.
• Strong understanding of UK real estate markets.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate residential & commercial loans across the UK.
• Lead credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present detailed investment papers to the credit committee.
• Structure bespoke lending solutions.
• Prepare investment papers for the credit committee.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from term sheet to drawdown.
