You will undertake electrical maintenance on both residential and commercial premises, including installation condition reports, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, installations and certification, fault finding and repairs.

Applicants must have a Level 3 Electrical qualification, 18th edition, and a minimum of 5 years in property maintenance/construction.
