Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is assisting in recruiting a Senior Conveyancer for a Milton Keynes-based office role. You will manage a caseload of property transactions and provide expert legal advice to clients, covering both freehold and leasehold conveyancing.

The position is full-time and office-based (9-5:30, Mon-Fri), with potential for part-time or hybrid arrangements. Salary ranges £60,000–£75,000, plus pension, health insurance, holiday entitlement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior conveyancer with experience managing a caseload of property transactions.
• Provide legal advice and services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
• Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
• Prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
• Handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
• Provide a consistent high level of customer service to clients
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including AML policies
