Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is collaborating with a client in St Neots to recruit a full-time Senior Conveyancer. The role is office-based with hours 9:00–17:30, Monday to Friday. Part-time or hybrid arrangements may be considered.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, provide legal advice, prepare and check contracts and Land Registry documents, and ensure AML-compliant client service.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
• Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
• Preparing and checking documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
• Handling all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
• Providing a consistent high level of customer service to clients
• Complying with all policies and procedures, including AML policies

Job description

Our client based in St Neots are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm. (Part Time hours and hybrid working may be considered for this role).

As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients. Your duties will include :-

Salary depending on experience from £60,000 - £75,000, pension, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.
