Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Lead Business Administrator (ProjectWise) to drive configuration and governance across multiple UK projects. You will support delivery teams, implement sector IM requirements, and lead training to raise the organisation’s information management capability.

You will collaborate with Digital/BIM teams and CAD managers to optimise workflows and improve project outcomes while aligning with ISO 19650 where applicable.

Qualifications

Extensive technical and project experience with ProjectWise.
Ability to configure and govern ProjectWise in complex multi-project environments.
Experience enabling integrations with design tools into ProjectWise workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead ProjectWise configuration and governance within the business.
Support market and project delivery teams and implement IM requirements.
Train and communicate to develop IM capability and support major programmes and projects.
Collaborate with Digital/BIM Lead, BIM Manager, and CAD Manager to exceed client expectations.
