Job summary

Housing Solutions in Maidenhead invites applications for a Senior Project Surveyor to lead our team of project surveyors, delivering planned work programmes and property projects. You will apply strong contract management and maintain high resident satisfaction while ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.

You will also recruit, support and motivate surveyors, manage budgets, and provide regular forecasts. A DBS check is required, and hybrid working from Maidenhead is available.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or CIOB qualification required.
• Strong experience writing specifications, managing contracts and delivering works programmes within budget.
• Experience with residential repairs, improvement projects and procuring contractors/consultants preferred.
• Knowledge of building regulations and CDM 2015 and related legislation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate with residents, contractors and internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project surveyors to deliver planned work programmes and property projects.
• Mobilise and manage contracts and ensure health and safety and financial controls are in place.
