Job summary

Housing Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Surveyor in Maidenhead to lead a team of project surveyors, delivering planned work programmes and property projects with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.

You will manage contracts, ensure CDM and health and safety compliance, forecast financials, and support the wider Surveying Services Team while balancing 37 hours per week with some remote working.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or CIOB qualification required.
• Experience writing specifications, managing contracts and delivering works within budget.
• Residential repairs and procurement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project surveyors and deliver planned works and projects.
• Mobilise and manage contracts, ensure health and safety and statutory compliance.
• Provide forecasts and financial management; produce regular reports.
• Recruit, support and motivate surveyors; conduct one-to-ones.
