Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) invites applications for a fixed term/secondment planning and performance role in a busy team. The post is for 9 months, with potential extension dependent on funding. Welsh language ability is desirable, and both Welsh- and English-speaking applicants are welcome.

You will support multiple managers, coordinate meetings, prepare papers and reports, and help govern project plans and documentation in a dynamic NHS Wales setting.

Formación

• Qualification or experience in project planning, monitoring and control.
• Experience working in a demanding/high intensity administrative setting.
• Experience of project management and working in the NHS or public sector.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective project support to help the team deliver its objectives.
• Support planning, monitoring and control of projects and work programmes.
• Maintain project documentation and governance, including plans and RAID logs.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Build relationships with colleagues, managers and stakeholders across areas.
• Plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
• Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
