Job summary

The City of London Corporation is seeking a Projects Standards & Capabilities Manager to lead the development of project, programme and portfolio management standards, training, and best practice across the organisation. You will build project management capability, manage the Project Management Academy, and drive continuous improvement in delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing and embedding project, programme and portfolio management frameworks.
• Experience establishing or supporting a PMO/PPM Centre of Excellence.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of P3M standards, tools and frameworks.
• Design and deliver learning and development programmes for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Manage the Project Management Academy and external training providers.
• Build and lead a P3M community of practice.
• Coach and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Drive portfolio management maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
