Job summary

AM Global is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, including baselines and change control. You will monitor progress, produce KPI-driven reporting, and coordinate with multi-level stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role focuses on advanced CPM, resource/cost loading, and sophisticated data analytics using Excel/Power BI to drive performance insights and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Mandatory degree in Engineering/Construction/PM or equivalent experience.
• Chartered professional (ChPP) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand goals, context and priorities.
• Manage/develop project schedules for the construction phase per standard processes.
• Coordinate and manage project teams and resources.
• Develop schedule reporting requirements and cadence.
• Update schedules and monitor progress against baseline with KPIs.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the schedule and report to stakeholders.
• Set baseline performance measurement and manage changes.
• Provide detailed schedule documentation (Basis of Schedule, Schedule Narrative).
• Mentor planning team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
