Job summary

DB Defence seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to plan and manage complex, long-duration projects. You will collaborate with Programme Managers and key functions to develop robust schedules and drive on-time delivery.

You will work with MS Project, track progress, and highlight risks and variances to support informed decision-making. A PMI-SP qualification is advantageous and BPSS clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience on complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining dynamic project schedules.
• Ability to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust project schedules reflecting activities, durations, resources, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Collaborate with internal departments to update schedules with progress and changes.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks or delays.
• Report schedule variances and corrective actions to project managers.
• Address scheduling issues with stakeholders to maintain realistic delivery plans.
