Qualifications

• Degree qualified or professionally qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering QS services within construction, infrastructure, or major capital projects.
• Experience with NEC contracts is highly advantageous.
• Must be based within a commutable distance of Suffolk.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Commercial Control: Manage project-level cost activities and governance for complex nuclear works.
• Procurement & Contract Management: Lead procurement across packages, support tenders, negotiations, and contract admin.
• NEC Contract Administration: Manage change control, compensation events, and payment applications.
• Cost Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and identify risks/opportunities for stakeholders.
• Client & Project Team Collaboration: Work with clients, contractors, designers, and teams throughout the lifecycle.
