O’Neill and Brennan is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team on prestigious high-end refurbishment, fit-out and cut-and-carve schemes in South-West and Central London. You’ll take commercial ownership from procurement to final account, with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and a clear path to more senior responsibilities as the portfolio grows.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership from procurement through to final account.
• Serve as main commercial contact with support from a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Prepare subcontract enquiries and tender analysis.
• Manage subcontractor payments, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting expenditure and maintaining accurate commercial reports.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, design teams and senior commercial staff to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Take responsibility for commercial decisions and helping drive the financial performance of each project.
