Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager is the single point of accountability for the end-to-end execution of assigned Capital projects in the range of $5M to $10M and may execute projects up to $15M. Working with leadership, technology, maintenance, operations, engineering, safety, and quality, the Project Manager is accountable for capital projects implementation, status reporting, and optimal utilization of site/external engineering teams in compliance with site and corporate processes. This role requires significant expertise to lead diverse projects across different business areas.
Responsibilities include coordinating with project sponsors, developing project objectives and strategies, managing teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, overseeing design and construction, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in Process or related engineering fields, strong understanding of the Stage Gated Model of Capital Execution, at least 10 years of project management experience in active production areas, proven ability to manage projects over $5M, and excellent communication skills in English. Certifications such as OSHA 510 or PMP are preferred.
