Job summary

Mint Selection | B Corp is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System projects across the UK. The role is instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution from inception through to completion, contributing directly to the clean energy transition.

The candidate will coordinate schedules, costs and resource models, apply SIMOPS, and develop baseline schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in project planning within M&E projects.
• Strong expertise in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
• Solid understanding of SIMOPS, contractor schedule validation, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor full project lifecycles, reporting progress to senior leadership and project managers.
• Coordinate schedules, costs, and resource models, including developing what-if scenarios to mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align timelines and validate contractor schedules.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances, ensure SIMOPS compliance, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support progress reporting, baseline schedule development, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to lessons learned documentation and project closeout activities.

This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution from inception through to completion, contributing directly to the clean energy transition.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
