Job summary

Spinwell Ltd is recruiting a Principal Project Planner to support the Transpennine Route Upgrade programme, based in Leeds with hybrid working (3 days in office: Tue-Thu). You will lead planning and scheduling across the NR PACE lifecycle, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and experience in major construction projects, railway design principles, and experience reading Railway Access box plans alongside

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills and ability to explain outputs to non-planning personnel.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop others.
• Experience reading Railway Access box plans with schedules.
• Experience in NR PACE ES1–ES8 lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and scheduling for the Transpennine Route Upgrade programme.
• Lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders across NR PACE lifecycle.
