Mint Selection invites applications for a Senior Project Planner to drive end-to-end planning for UK-based BESS projects. The role focuses on integrating schedules, costs, and resources to meet aggressive delivery timelines, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in M&E project planning, strong expertise in earned value and SIMOPS, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in project planning within M&E projects.
• Strong expertise in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
• Solid understanding of SIMOPS, contractor schedule validation and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor full project lifecycles, reporting progress to senior leadership and project managers.
• Coordinate schedules, costs, and resource models, including developing what-if scenarios to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align timelines and validate contractor schedules.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances, ensure SIMOPS compliance, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support progress reporting, baseline schedule development, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to lessons learned documentation and project closeout activities.
