Job summary

Mint Selection is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. The role oversees planning from inception to completion to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contributes to the clean energy transition.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in M&E project planning, strong skills in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, and earned value management, with Primavera P6 and PowerBI proficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning for M&E projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SIMOPS and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor full project lifecycles from inception to completion.
• Coordinate schedules, costs and resource models, including scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align timelines.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances and implement corrective actions.
• Support baseline schedules, progress reporting and risk management.
• Contribute to lessons learned and project closeout activities.
