Tier 1 contractor / Building is seeking a Project Planner to manage tender and live project schedules in the North West, primarily around Manchester. The role offers a £65,000–£70,000 salary with a car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have main contracting experience in building/construction, familiarity with Asta PowerProject, and the ability to communicate clearly with teams. Driving licence and relevant qualifications are required.

• Main contracting background within building/construction sector.
• Practical construction management or engineering background preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work under pressure and autonomously when required.
