Job Description:

Senior Project Planner

Enfield

Full-Time / Permanent

If you are an experienced P6 Planner within the construction industry and are looking for a permanent opportunity with career growth, then this could be for you.

You will need to be a highly motivated individual who can confidently oversee planning activities. Working with your colleagues across various departments to deliver successful projects.

ABOUT YOU

  • Solid track record as a Planner within the construction and civil engineering sector
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management (or related field)
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Asta
  • Proficient in both NEC and JCT forms of contracts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced working to strict deadlines
  • Ability to assess complex project requirements and deliver solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experienced with working to UK construction regulations - Health and Safety Standards and Environmental
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and be open to travel to sites in the UK as and when required
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies - aligning with project objectives, timelines and within budget
  • Work with Project Managers and Engineers to collate all project requirements, specifications and constraints to then create project schedules
  • In-depth analysis of project requirements - This will include site conditions, logistics, available resources, and identifying potential risks
  • Monitor and track the progress of projects
  • Provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders
  • Work closely with procurement, supply chain teams and the estimating team
  • Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices and technology advancements
  • Support and guide junior planners

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Basic salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience and skills)
