Job summary

Ayesa Engineering is seeking an experienced Programme Planner to join our UK & Ireland team. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with design, engineering, and commercial teams, and assist in progress reporting and critical path analyses.

You bring 5–8 years in infrastructure or utilities planning, a degree in Engineering or related field, and a solid understanding of NEC planning requirements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in project planning within the infrastructure or utilities sector.
  • Experience in the UK Water or Utilities sector (water and wastewater preferred).
  • Proficient user of Primavera P6 with experience supporting complex programmes.
  • Good understanding of NEC contract planning requirements.
  • Experience supporting design & build or framework delivery programmes.
  • Understanding of 4D planning and scheduling (Desirable).
  • Exposure to collaborative planning approaches (Desirable).

  • Support coordination with design, engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, resource plans, and critical path analyses.
  • Identify programme risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to tender programmes and bid submissions with realistic timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Participate in programme review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing on planning best practice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in programme management and reporting processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Bring
