Job summary

Ayesa Engineering is seeking a Project Planner to lead the design of major projects across the UK’s commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors from our London office. You will drive schedules from concept to construction, growing our Major Projects engineering capability in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ proven planning experience in UK/Ireland projects.
• Proven experience of using Primavera P6 in a live project environment.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and CPM scheduling.
• Able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain detailed project programmes in alignment with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose corrective measures.
• Provide accurate forecasting to support cost, resource, and delivery planning.
• Communicate programme performance to clients and senior management.
• Provide support for completing tender exercises.
