Job summary

The University of Wales, Trinity Saint David invites applications for a Fixed-term Senior Project Officer to deliver the Medr-funded TESS Career Pathway. You will develop opportunities, arrange work placements, engage employers and run skills development activities to boost employability and to reduce the number of graduates at risk of becoming NEET.

This full-time role (37 hours per week) includes a salary of £31,236–£34,610 per year, 28 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and four University

- THE ROLE -

The Senior Project Officer assists in the delivery of the Medr-funded ‘TESS’ project at UWTSD, known as Career Pathway which is based around providing targeted support and interventions for students who face additional barriers to enhancing their employability and developing career readiness post-graduation. The post holder will develop opportunities, work placements, employer engagement and skills development activities to support students in the enhancement of their employability skills and employment prospects. Project goals include improving the short, medium and long term employment prospects of UWTSD graduates, and reducing the number of UWTSD students at risk of becoming NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training) after their studies.
