Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp is expanding its project management team to deliver major water and environmental infrastructure projects across the UK. You will lead complex programmes, manage client relationships, and drive governance and commercial controls from inception through close-out.

The role offers opportunities to lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop senior stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing client account growth within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, water/environment focus essential.
• Strong ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage senior client relationships.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, governance and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex water infrastructure projects and programmes from inception to close-out.
• Provide strategic direction to clients, ensuring governance compliance and successful outcomes across workstreams.
• Take accountability for administration and commercial management under NEC3/NEC4 contracts, including forecasting and change control.
• Develop and maintain project governance, assurance processes and reporting systems.
• Lead tender submissions and framework bids, and mentor project managers.
