AWD online is seeking an IT Project Manager in Bristol for a hybrid, full-time role. You will lead Microsoft-based technology projects, manage budgets and complex stakeholders, and work with the PMO to drive governance and delivery momentum.

The position is a fixed-term contract ending 31 March 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week and a salary up to £60,000 with benefits. Regular attendance at Bristol HQ is expected.

Formación

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing Microsoft-based technology projects.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and business communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with PM tools.
• Right to Work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects within scope, timescales, budgets, governance and quality.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs and documentation.
• Coordinate communications across customers, internal teams, partners and suppliers.
• Arrange governance meetings, capture minutes and actions.
• Record risks, issues, changes; escalate promptly.
• Support reporting against milestones and KPIs.
• Maintain budget, cost, revenue and resources; highlight variances.
• Support customer communication and remove blockers.
• Identify improvements to project administration and assist pre-sales/estimates.
• Prepare project materials with IP/licensing awareness.
