The role involves leading projects, preparing tenders, managing risk, and guiding procurement/contract decisions with minimal supervision, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive client-facing project management experience in construction or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver multiple or complex projects end-to-end.
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT/NEC) and procurement basics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to large projects with supervision and support larger programmes.
• Prepare tenders, contractor/consultant selection and contract documentation.
• Support risk and value management and maintain project risk registers.
• Chair project meetings and deliver outputs to high quality timetables.
• Mentor staff, resolve conflicts, and provide procurement/contract guidance.
• Promote knowledge capture, sharing and continuous improvement.
