Job summary

Fawkes & Reece (North) is recruiting a Project Manager for a large Leeds-based retrofit project. You will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across EWI, air source heat pumps, windows/doors, IWI and roofline works, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.

You will embed client requirements, manage safety, plan the build programme and liaise with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation.
• Experience coordinating retrofit projects and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Embed client requirements in every aspect of the project to ensure quality delivery from start to finish.
• Assist the Site Manager with issues on site.
• Liaise regularly with the client and represent the company on site.
• Attend senior management meetings to report site progression.
• Discuss build-ability and design issues with stakeholders.
• Manage and champion Health & Safety on site.
• Program and plan all works, and devise the build programme.
• Recruit staff and organise trades and labour.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved.
