Senior Project Manager - Scenic Construction

The Fix Creative Ltd is working with a leading scenery construction production company to find a Senior Project Manager. They create extraordinary experiences for clients and push creative boundaries. The ideal candidate will have experience in theatre, immersive experiences, events, mini activations and set design.

The role is a rare opportunity to join a growing agency passionate about groundbreaking projects and making the impossible possible. It will be 5 days a week onsite to immerse fully in the work.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Generate and refine quotes and initial scheduling.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules, keeping clients and stakeholders up to date with progress.
• Oversee multiple projects, collaborating with the team to deliver on deadlines.
• Excellent communication with the entire team and clients.
• Produce detailed technical designs to enable workshop fabrication.
• Develop and specify suitable build methods, techniques, and materials.
• Track progress, manage changes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
