Senior Project Manager - Retail Logistics and E-commerce
Responsibilities
Core Project Coordination: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of investment and M&A projects in the European logistics sector, including project initiation, coordination, implementation, and review. This ensures project alignment with the Group's strategic goals and effectively realizes the value of investment and M&A.
Strategic Planning Implementation: Guided by the Group's overall strategy, lead research and analysis of logistics and related areas in Europe, identify key regional strategic directions, and develop feasible strategic implementation paths and phased target plans, providing professional support for the Group's regional decision-making.
Internal and External Collaboration: Collaborate with all BGBU business units within the Group, establish efficient collaborative communication mechanisms, accurately match the needs of each business segment with resources in Europe, and promote business expansion and partnerships with internal clients.
Job Requirements
Minimum three years of relevant experience in the logistics and retail industries, with a deep understanding of the European regional market.
Hands-on experience in investment and M&A, with a keen understanding of industry trends and investment and M&A opportunities.
Excellent in horizontal resource integration and coordination, with the ability to oversee the overall situation.
