Job summary

Flagship Consulting in Oxford is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple Retail sector projects from feasibility through to handover. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, and drive delivery to the highest standards of quality, budget and programme.

At senior level, you will contribute to business development, represent the firm at industry events, mentor junior staff, and help strengthen the firm's profile in Oxford and the surrounding region.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree and be Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent).
• Experience as a Senior Project Manager in a consultancy.
• Proven track record delivering Retail or Commercial Fit-Out/Refurbishment projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Retail sector projects from design to handover.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget and programme targets.
• Support business development and mentoring of junior staff.
