Michael Page is seeking a Senior Project Manager in London to lead residential construction projects from planning to completion. You will apply project management, contract administration and Employer's Agent expertise to ensure smooth delivery across the residential sector.

The role involves managing project plans, milestones and delivery actions, coordinating consultants and contractors, and driving successful handovers of completed projects.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience across residential projects
• Practical experience of contract administration within construction
• Experience acting as an Employer's Agent
• Ability to manage project plans, milestones and delivery actions
• Clear written and verbal communication for project updates and documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects through each stage, maintaining clear plans, priorities and delivery milestones.
• Act as Employer's Agent, coordinating project activity and helping all parties work to agreed requirements.
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring project records, instructions and key documents are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor project progress and address delivery issues early to keep work moving forward.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project contacts to maintain clear communication.
• Review project information and provide practical updates on progress, actions and next steps.
• Manage changes during delivery, helping to maintain control of scope, programme and project requirements.
• Support the successful handover of completed residential projects.
