Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit out projects from mobilisation to handover from our Whitstable office in Kent. You will coordinate clients, subcontractors and site teams, delivering programmes on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong IT, administration and reporting skills, with experience writing construction programmes and using Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager within construction and/or fit out.
• Experience managing projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Excellent IT skills and strong administrative ability.
• Strong project reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience using Smartsheet would be advantageous.
• Experience writing and updating construction programmes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing fit out projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Preparing, maintaining and updating construction programmes.
• Monitoring progress against programmes and milestones.
• Maintaining project records, progress sheets and trackers.
• Liaising with clients and leading meetings.
• Managing variations and changes with the commercial team.
