Job summary

Mercury Hampton Ltd in Tamworth is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Rail Infrastructure to lead a programme of rail projects and develop the teams delivering them.

You will manage Project Managers and Construction Managers, ensuring safe delivery, quality and commercial performance, while building strong client relationships and planning resources for future work. The role requires delivering complex rail programmes with commercial accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering rail projects in safety-critical environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects or disciplines.
• Commercial awareness and client management experience.
• CRE or CEM experience is advantageous.

Senior Project Manager - Rail Infrastructure

Tamworth | £85,000-£95,000 per annum, depending on experience + company car or car allowance

Lead a portfolio of rail infrastructure projects and develop the teams responsible for delivering them.

We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager for an established infrastructure contractor. This role combines programme delivery, client management and commercial responsibility across multiple projects.

About you

You will have a strong record of delivering rail projects in safety-critical environments, including responsibility for multiple projects or disciplines.

Commercial awareness, client management experience and the ability to develop capable teams are central to the role. Previous CRE or CEM experience would be advantageous.

The package includes £85,000-£95,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a company car or car allowance.
