Job Description

Our rail sector is becoming one of our busiest functions within the Infrastructure project team. With this in mind, we are seeking to grow our capabilities within the Manchester region and are looking for Senior Project Managers. Main Purpose of Role

• To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
• To act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Scope

Senior Project Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, typically within the £10m to £25m range. Larger projects may include advisory services, such as urban re-generation funding.

Qualifications

• Experience working on major rail projects
• Preferred experience in a complex stakeholder environment
• NEC3: ECC Project Manager accreditation is preferred
• Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc., is preferred
