BRUSH Group’s Power Solutions division is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical infrastructure projects across Scotland and beyond. You will oversee technical and financial performance, manage the project team, and coordinate vendors to deliver on safety, cost, quality and programme milestones.

You will work from Aviemore or Glasgow with remote/hybrid options, requiring travel to live project sites and a valid UK driving license.

Qualificações

• Experience in DNO/Electricity projects or strong HV/LV cable experience.
• Proven experience managing electrical power distribution projects in energy/utilities.
• Ability to plan and manage project lifecycle programmes.
• Track record delivering large-scale engineering/construction/power distribution projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations including CDM.
• Excellent communication and leadership for stakeholders at all levels.
• Contract management experience (NEC3 preferred) with budgeting skills.
• PM certification (APM/PRINCE2) or working towards it is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical and financial performance of multiple projects.
• Define and lead the project team with clear reporting structures.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors with defined contacts.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules and invoicing milestones.
• Manage contract administration and documentation.
