The role requires proven PM experience in fit-out projects, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid grasp of MEP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Project Management qualifications in Building Services or equivalent.
• Proven track record of Project Management in Office Fit-out environments.
• Excellent teamwork and client-facing abilities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security and plumbing installations.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and project scheduling.

• Lead identification and delivery of secured project opportunities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality and cost targets.
