Qualifications:
  • Degree/Postgraduate (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable track record in risk management leadership roles
  • Right to work in the UK or ability to obtain a visa
You’ll also have:
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development
  • Strong understanding of risk management techniques, tools, and culture
  • Experience with risk management software (e.g., Active Risk Manager, @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex projects
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
  • Experience in reporting suites and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI)
