Job summary

PSR Solutions is recruiting a Senior Project Manager with a strong mechanical bias to lead a major MEP project from pre-construction through handover. The role demands leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, safe delivery, and adherence to programme and commercial targets.

You will work closely with internal senior management and client stakeholders, delivering complex mechanical building services projects. London-based initially, then site moves to Cambridgeshire or East Anglia.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with mechanical bias.
• Experience with a Tier 1 MEP contractor or major building services contractor.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects with significant MEP values.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

PSR Solutions is working in partnership with one of the UK's most respected Tier 1 MEP contractors to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong mechanical background.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager with a strong mechanical bias.
• Background working for a recognised Tier 1 MEP contractor or major building services contractor.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects with significant MEP values.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through delivery and handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
• Healthcare project experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates with experience across data centres, laboratories and other technically complex projects are encouraged to apply.
