Job summary

Smithers MDT in Shawbury is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee medical device testing projects from proposal through delivery. You will prepare quotes, manage scope changes, and run programme management calls with clients, coordinating with technical and commercial stakeholders.

We value a proactive, highly organised candidate with at least four years in a technical or PM role and a relevant degree (chemistry/engineering).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical or project management role.
• Experience in medical device testing or laboratory environments preferred.
• Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client projects from proposal to delivery.
• Prepare quotes and manage scope changes.
• Host programme management calls with clients and liaise with stakeholders.
• Deliver high-value proposals and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across UK/Europe.
