Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team on major infrastructure projects in the South West. You will deliver water and wastewater programmes, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Experience leading projects £20m+ is essential; water sector experience is welcome but not required. SMSTS, CSCS and a HNC in construction with CIOB desirability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering £20m+ infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary project team, driving safety, quality, programme performance and client satisfaction.
• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders, providing clear leadership and communication.
• Manage commercial performance, project risk and programme delivery, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainable outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement and modern methods of construction, mentoring high-performing teams.
