Job summary

Leading Construction and Civil Engineering Company in Exeter seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive major infrastructure projects in the water sector. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery from construction through commissioning and handover.

You will bring proven experience delivering £20m+ projects, strong leadership, and excellent client relationship skills, with SMSTS and CSCS cards. CIOB is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading major infrastructure projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project team to ensure safety, quality, programme performance and client satisfaction.
• Take full responsibility for delivering a major infrastructure project on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Build relationships with clients, supply chain partners and stakeholders and provide clear leadership.
• Manage commercial performance, project risk and programme delivery, seeking efficiency improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital construction tools to enhance project delivery.
