You will lead projects, develop detailed programmes using Asta Powerproject, Bluebeam and Excel, manage traditional, CDP and design & build contracts, and collaborate with architects, surveyors and client representatives to ensure premier results.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects in the super-prime sector, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Prepare detailed reports and construction programmes using Asta Powerproject, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Manage various contracts, including traditional, CDP, and design & build, while collaborating with architects, surveyors, and client representatives.
• Work in a team-focused environment where supporting colleagues is essential for success.
