Handle is partnering exclusively with a leading global advertising agency as they grow their localisation team.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage projects for major global brands across various channels including digital, social, TV, and print.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll report directly to a Project Director and will play an important role in upholding the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. You will foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations, maintain clear communication, and address challenges efficiently.
• Own the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Tailor project management processes to meet client needs, promoting creative solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes with documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers for successful outcomes.
• Scope resource requirements including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing costs.
• Assign tasks, define roles, and guide project teams, ensuring quality across all deliverables.
• Improve project management tools and processes, educating colleagues on best practices.
• Track and manage account forecasts, workload, and resource availability.
• Monitor project financials with Account Management to deliver within margins and maximize revenue.
• Support business development through project scoping, estimating, and sales participation.
• Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
• Foster team collaboration, maintain a positive environment, and motivate team members.
• Conduct post-project reviews, assign responsibilities, and follow up on actions.
• Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Ensure consistent delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain high-quality reporting and documentation.
• Manage costs proactively and solve problems effectively.
• Ensure accurate timelines and cost forecasts.
