Handle is partnering exclusively with a leading global advertising agency as they grow their localisation team.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage projects for major global brands across various channels including digital, social, TV, and print.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll report directly to a Project Director and will play an important role in upholding the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. You will foster meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner to bring their vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations, maintain clear communication, and address challenges efficiently.
• Own the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Adapt project management processes to meet client needs, promoting creative solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes with documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers to support successful outcomes.
• Scope resource requirements, including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing costs.
• Allocate tasks, define roles, and provide direction to project teams, ensuring quality.
• Improve project management tools and processes, educating colleagues on best practices.
• Track account forecasts, address workload spikes, and ensure resource availability.
• Partner with Account Management to monitor financials, deliver within margins, and maximize revenue.
• Support business development through project scoping, estimating, and sales participation.
• Mentor junior team members with feedback and support.
• Foster team collaboration, maintain a positive environment, and motivate members.
• Conduct post-project reviews, assign responsibilities, and follow up on actions.
• Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving challenges.
• Ensure consistent delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain high-quality reporting and documentation.
• Manage costs proactively and solve problems effectively.
• Provide accurate timelines and cost forecasts.
• Collaborate effectively across teams with strong interpersonal skills.
